FastDL Services Moved

This is just a quick announcement to inform all clients we've moved our FastDL to a new location and account. This will fix any errors we've recently encountered, most were in occurance because of a file-server being corrupt. You may need to re-sync your FastDL by pressing FastDL Sync on your TCAdmin control panel.
For the most part, we believe we've synced all the proper files.
